    What are you up to this weekend?  I’m starting my yoga teacher training and I can’t wait. Sometimes I freak out when I have to try something new in a group of people.  Then I take a moment and try and remind myself that at one point everything was new.

    It’s official I’ve signed up for yoga teacher training. In 12 months I’ll either be a yoga school dropout OR a certified yoga instructor.
